• Will you be restocking any of these prints if they sell out before Christmas? 
  • No, we will not be restocking our Christmas Collection, so make sure you jump on the outfits and accessories you want now! 
    
• I have a sizing question! Where can I reach out? 
  
  • Any questions ahead of the drop you can direct to our team via DM on Instagram or email us at hello@loulouandcompany.pro. We're here to help!  
• Can I embroider any of the Christmas Collection? 
  • Yes! The Heirloom Knit pieces and beanies can all be embroidered. On each of the eligible product pages, there will be an option to add embroidery. Some of our Christmas Collection comes pre-embroidered, like our Santa Baby Knit Sweater and Santa Beanies! 
• What is the shipping cutoff for the Christmas Collection to get them in time for Christmas? 
  • You can order up until 12/16 with priority shipping and your order will make it in time for Christmas.
    
• Do you have big kids sizes? 
  
  • Yes! Our Kid's Loungewear contains sizes 4 - 11/12. They are the same luxe knit as our top + bottom sets, coming in a shirt and jogger pants. 
    
• Do you have matching pieces for women and men?
  • We have Women's Lounge Shirts + Pants in the majority of our Christmas Prints and in our Ivory Heirloom Knit that match the kid's pajamas. We don't have any men's pieces for this year's collection. 
    
• What is your return policy?
  • Any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, and has been purchased within the last 45 days is eligible for return. For full details on our policy, you can visit here.
